Changing Colors ~ and Not the 'Fall' Kind

"Color Screamer"
6" x 6"
oil on Raymar canvasboard

I don't think I have ever painted a lizard before.
This one was full of interesting patterns and strokes.

creating the illusion of scaly skin and light.

Being an insectivore, it would be more
than welcome at my house.
I don't know anyone who has one, do you?
