I'm thinking Manard Dixon ish in these past few. Another hot one today.
Wow, Maynard Dixon - like his colors. There are several things we are working on in this workshop and the big one for me is "temperature" and "perspective color". Guess it's 'reading through'. Still gotta work on those trees...pines I can paint, other trees...not so good.
Some reason my comments didn't come up on the last 2 postings, hope they do this time.
Your painting yesterday I could feel the distance and the heat of the desert. Today's painting is great too.
