Number 19 of 30 Paintings in 30 Days by Pattie Wall

This is the one that should have been #18, but it was giving me trouble.
I decided to go with it.  Have to move on.
Might have to do a little work on the shadows...the bright blue of the windows need some attention, as well.  I will get to it later, but this is NUMBER 19 !!

What a striking piece! Love the lines that carry the eye so quickly to each section of this piece. I agree with Julie, great design!

I first saw this up on Facebook this morning, and I think I like it even better here on your blog! Beautiful light. At times I think what craziness this challenge can be, but I am proud of what I have gotten done this month too! Have to keep the momentum up in February, but since I am getting ready for a show, I think it might be a painting every two/three days!!!!!!!

Thanks Amy. Craziness? That's what I am starting to think. These are 'pushes' for me - at best...but I think in the end, I will be less likely to shy away from getting going on anything that comes my way in the studio.
