This is Max and Major again. I have painted them 5 times, I think.
They are right down the road, so every once in awhile
on a sunny day, I go take more photo updates of them.
They are Belgian draft horses.
The veneered wood has a heavy grain in it.
Not sure how it will do as it dries..
although it is sealed with gesso
and a coat of red oxide acrylic.
